INTRADIALYTIC EXERCISE SEBAGAI EVIDENCE BASE PRACTICE UNTUK MENGURANGI KELELAHAN PADA PASIEN HEMODIALISIS
INTRADIALYTIC EXERCISE AS EVIDENCE BASE PRACTICE TO REDUCE FATIGUE IN HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS
Abstract
Hemodialisa merupakan terapi yang dilakukan oleh pasien yang mengalami Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Kelelahan sering dialami oleh pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisa. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan evidence base practice yaitu terapi intradialytic exercise pada pasien hemodialisa. Desain studi ini menggunakan pre-post design. Studi ini menggunakan kuesioner FAS (Fatigue Assesment Scale) dengan interpretasi tingkat kelelahan normal (skor <22), ringan (skor 23-32), sedang (skor 33-34), berat (skor >35). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 3 responden. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September 2022 di unit Hemodialisa RS PKU Aisyiyah Boyolali. Terapi intradialytic exercise dilakukan pada 1 jam terakhir selama sesi hemodialisa dengan durasi waktu 10 menit dalam satu kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat penurunan tingkat kelelahan pada responden setelah dilakukan terapi intradialytic exercise. Didapatkan data pada 2 responden saat pretest menunjukkan skor FAS dalam kategori berat yaitu dengan skor 36 dan 1 responden dalam kategori sedang yaitu 33. Saat posttest, ketiga responden mengalami penurunan skor FAS yaitu responden dalam kategori skor FAS berat menurun menjadi kategori sedang, sedangkan responden dengan kategori sedang mengalami penurunan menjadi kategori ringan. Penerapan evidence base practice berupa terapi intradialytic exercise yang dilakukan dapat menurunkan skor FAS yang menandakan adanya penurunan tingkat kelelahan pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis di RS PKU Aisyiyah Boyolali.
