PENGETAHUAN DAN KETERAMPILAN CLINICAL INSTRUCTURE SEBELUM DAN SETELAH PELATIHAN BEDSIDE TEACHING

Pembelajaran klinik merupakan suatu proses pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman yang bertujuan untuk pengusaan keterampilan klinik dan kemampuan berkomunikasi peserta didik, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu metode yang tepat demi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Pada pelaksanaan metode Bedside Teaching dirasakan mulai menurun, Sehingga untuk meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan klinik dibutuhkan pelatihan metode bimbingan klinik Bedside Teaching pada CI (Clinical Instructure). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pelatihan Bedside Teaching terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan CI (Clinical Instructure) Keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif Pre-Experiment (Pre-Post Test design). Peneliti memberikan pelatihan metode bedside teaching dan pada clinical instructure. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari 30 CI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan menggunakan quesioner pengetahuan dan ceklis keterampilan CI. Skor pengetahuan 30 CI sebelum mengikuti pelatihan metode bedside teaching diperoleh nilai rerata 5.20 dan SD 1.349, setelah mengikuti pelatihan nilai rerata pengetahuan CI diperoleh 9.57 dan SD 0.971 dengan nilai p 0,000. Skor keterampilan CI setelah mengikuti pelatihan diperoleh nilai rerata keterampilan CI sebesar 9.80 dan SD 0.551. Pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan CI (Clinical Instructure) dalam melakukan proses bimbingan klinik bedside teaching.Downloads
